Supply Chain & Quality Control

From audited factories to your site — how 45 facade material categories stay under engineering control.

Full-Category Material Capability

One project often needs materials from 3–5 specialized factories. We cover all of them under one specification language.

Metals & Extrusions

Aluminium panels & extrusions Stainless steel & fittings Steel brackets & substructure

Glass Systems

Curtain wall glass (IGU) Laminated & tempered glass Skylight & canopy glazing

Stone & Panels

Stone & porcelain cladding Composite & honeycomb panels Terracotta & ceramic panels

Sealing & Insulation

Structural silicone Gaskets & weather seals Insulation & fire-stop materials

Hardware & Fittings

Spider & structural hardware Window & door hardware Cable & rod systems

Systems & Openings

How Quality Is Controlled

No material is ordered without an approved sample. No container leaves without an inspection report.

Factory Audit

Equipment, certifications, and track record verified before any order

Sample Sign-off

Production starts only after you approve the physical sample

In-line Checks

Material formula and finish verified against the approved spec

Pre-shipment QC

Coating thickness, alloy spot-check, dimensions, and surface quality

Loading Supervision

Packing, labeling, and container loading witnessed before departure

Inspections use calibrated instruments (coating thickness gauges, XRF alloy analyzers, dimensional calipers). Non-conforming material is rejected at the factory — before it reaches your site or your reputation.

Transparent Procurement

You are not buying from a trading company markup. You pay the factory, plus one pre-agreed service fee for the engineering and QC work.

Factory Invoices Shared

You see factory pricing, payment confirmations, and shipping documents. No hidden markup in the material price.

One Service Fee

A pre-agreed fee covers specification, sourcing, QC, and coordination — see Services for how the fee is agreed per project scale and scope.

Single Consolidation

Multi-factory materials consolidated into one shipment with one commercial invoice — simpler customs, lower freight.

Payment can flow through us as your agent (T/T or L/C) or directly to the factory — your choice. Either way, documentation is fully shared.

From the Factory Floor

Real production lines, real inspections — footage from our audited partner factories.

Factory floor media coming soon

Production and inspection footage is being prepared for publication (with partner authorization). In the meantime, factory capability evidence and QC records are shared during engagement.

Factory names are withheld to protect competitive sourcing advantages — full audit reports are provided upon engagement.
